Delete your Sezonometro account

This page explains how to delete your Sezonometro app account and request deletion of the data associated with that account.

Do not include your password in the request.

1. Delete your account in the app

  1. Open the Sezonometro app on your device.
  2. Sign in to the account you want to delete.
  3. Go to the Profile screen.
  4. Select Delete Account.
  5. Read the confirmation message and select Delete Account again to confirm.

Deleting your account in the app signs you out, removes local Sezonometro data from that device, and starts permanent deletion of your account and synced data.

2. Request deletion without the app

If you no longer have access to the app, send an account deletion request to info@musmulo.com.

Please include:

We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before completing the deletion request.

3. Data deleted

After account deletion is confirmed, Sezonometro deletes backend-owned account data associated with your authenticated account.

Account data

  • Your Sezonometro app account.
  • Your Firebase Authentication user for Sezonometro.
  • Your saved profile record, including name and birthday if provided.

Synced app data

  • Seasons, jobs, job pay rates, and job-season links.
  • Shifts, vacations, tips, earnings, and monthly payment adjustments.
  • Sync metadata connected to your Sezonometro account.

4. Data retention

Account deletion requests are normally completed within 30 days after the request is verified. Some limited records may be retained only when required for legitimate reasons such as security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or resolving support requests.

Some Sezonometro data is stored only on your device and is not available to Musmulo servers, including digital work card QR data and device-only app settings. To remove device-only data, delete the app from the device or clear the app storage in your device settings.
