Sezonometro Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Sezonometro handles personal data when you use the mobile app, request support, or visit this policy page.

This policy page does not use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels, external fonts, or externally hosted assets.

Sezonometro is provided by MUSMULO E.E. For this policy, "Sezonometro", "we", "us", and "our" refer to MUSMULO E.E. as the operator of the app.

The information we process depends on the features you use. Sezonometro may process:

• Account and sign-in information, such as user ID, email address, display name, profile photo, and sign-in provider, if account features are available and you choose to sign in.
• App content you enter, such as season details, work details, shift information, rest days, countdown settings, pay, tips, overtime values, notes, and other information you choose to save in the app.
• Sync and backup data used to store, restore, or sync app information across devices when those features are available.
• Device and diagnostic information, such as app version, device type, operating system, language, crash reports, performance data, logs, and basic usage events.
• Permission-based information, such as notification settings or media selected from your device, only when you enable a permission or use a feature that requires it.
• Support communications, including your email address and the content of messages you send us.

Some app information may remain only on your device. Some information may be processed by our service providers if you sign in, use sync features, submit diagnostics, contact support, or use platform services such as app stores.

You can delete local app information by using available in-app controls, signing out where applicable, clearing app data through your device, or uninstalling the app.

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including providing the app, maintaining security, resolving disputes, meeting legal obligations, and handling support or privacy requests.

If account deletion is available and you request deletion, we delete or de-identify account-related data unless we need to keep limited information for legal, security, accounting, dispute-resolution, or legitimate business reasons. Local data may remain on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, objection to processing, data portability, and withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent.

If GDPR applies to you, you may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. In Greece, the supervisory authority is the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.

Sezonometro is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 or from anyone under the minimum age required by local law without appropriate consent.

We do not sell personal data and do not use personal data for targeted advertising in Sezonometro. We also do not use personal data for automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
